Ghana's Minister-designate for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, has suggested that recent appointments made by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to the Black Stars' technical team could be reviewed.
The GFA strengthened the national team's technical staff following Ghana's failure to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) under head coach Otto Addo.
The adjustments were made ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, which resume in March.
Among the new additions is experienced German coach Winfried Schaffer, who joins as the technical advisor and football director for both the Black Stars and the GFA.
