The Minister nominee for Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, has pledged to investigate the government's contract for drone delivery services if approved by Parliament.
During his vetting on Friday, January 31, Mr Akandoh acknowledged the importance of the drone service in delivering essential medicines to hard-to-reach areas.
However, he raised concerns about the financial arrangements surrounding the project. "I have personally raised issues about the drone service in Parliament.
If this committee approves me, I will further inquire into the matter," he stated.
