Prominent Ghanaian football administrator, Wilfred Osei Kwaku 'Palmer' has reiterated his stance that Kurt Okraku has failed in his role as President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Speaking to Akoma FM, he opined that Kurt Okraku has failed to meet expectations because he only focused on becoming FA President.
