The Ghana National Association of Small Scale Miners (GNASSM) has assured the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, , of their unwavering support for his vision to transform the mining industry.
In a statement issued in Accra on Thursday, January 30, 2025, and signed by its General Secretary, Godwin Nickleson Amarh, GNASSM noted that the Minister's vision aligns with their goals of promoting sustainable mining practices.
The association pledged its utmost support to help him to achieve this vision.
During his vetting by the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament, Minister Buah outlined his vision for the mining industry, focusing on combating illegal mining and promoting sustainable practices.
