Acting Chief Executive Officer of Ghana's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Julius Neequaye Kotey has announced that DV plates will be released today.
This comes after several weeks of delay due to the lack of a Chief Executive to sanction the release.
According to him, all information and added security features will be available for public education.
He urged the public to purchase from their stores.
