The Minister of Youth Development and Empowerment, George Opare Addo, has described the prolonged delay in paying National Service Scheme (NSS) personnel their allowances as "unfair," vowing to expedite the resolution of the issue.
According to him, NSS personnel across the country have gone four months without receiving their allowances.
