The 2024 (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Tema Central, Ebi Bright, has filed a suit at the Supreme Court to challenge the declaration of the (NPP) candidate, Charles Forson, as the winner of the 2024 election.
According to a report by myjoyonline.com, the NDC candidate raises allegations of irregularities and challenges the validity of Forson's victory.
She asserts that the declaration of Charles Forson as the winner of the election by the Electoral Commission was wrong.
She is challenging the final tally of results declared by the EC.
