Commercially-oriented energy economist and political risk analyst, Dr Theo Acheampong has urged the President of Ghana not to renege on reshuffling his ministers.
To him, the president needs to crack the whip to deter other appointees.
He is of the view that regardless, there will be some scandals, and to show that he is against corruption, among other things, it will be imperative that he dismisses appointees who get themselves involved in any act of corruption.
