President John Dramani Mahama has inspected the newly rebuilt Ghana High Commission in Nairobi, Kenya, marking the first time a sitting Ghanaian head of state has visited the facility since its initial establishment in 1960.
The property, originally acquired by Ghana's first president, Dr.
Kwame Nkrumah, housed the country's first chancery in Kenya.
It was closed in 1980 due to structural decay but underwent reconstruction starting in 2008.
