Former Vice Chairman of the (NPP), Omari Wadie, has accused the government's Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) task force of wrongfully seizing his personal car, claiming it to be government property.

Speaking on Happy98.9FM's Epa Hoa Daben show with Bismark Brown, Omari Wadie explained that members of the ORAL team initially visited his residence to seize his vehicles but were unable to access his garage as the main gate was locked.

He revealed that the car in question, a Lexus, had been sent to a mechanic for repairs due to a fault.

On Wednesday, January 22, he received a call from the mechanic informing him that a team identifying themselves as members of the ORAL task force had arrived at the shop and seized the car.
