Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has cautioned the new Majority Leader, Mahama Ayariga against introducing more debates.
According to him, doing so will hinder the government's ability to conduct its business efficiently.
This follows Ayariga's appointment as Leader of the Majority Caucus, thus succeeding Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, who now serves as the Minister of Finance.
Speaking on the floor of parliament on Thursday, January 23, Afenyo-Markin posited that the new Majority Leader is a great debater.
