Ali Adolf, the Northern Regional Minister-designate, has outlined his plans to tackle the persistent issue of the 'Kayayei' phenomenon once confirmed in office.

When asked about his approach to addressing the 'Kayayei' issue, Adolf explained that the solution lies in creating jobs and making the local environment more appealing to young people, especially women, so they no longer feel the need to leave their communities for work. "This issue of Kayayei affects all of us," Adolf stated. "I want to bring them (Kayayei) back home, and I will do everything possible to make home attractive so they'll return.
