Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, the newly sworn-in Minister for Finance, has pledged unwavering support to President John Dramani Mahama, vowing to help make him the best president in Ghana's 4th Republic.

Dr Forson made this pledge during the swearing-in ceremony of newly approved ministerial appointees held at the Jubilee House on January 22.

Speaking on behalf of his newly sworn-in colleagues, Dr Forson expressed gratitude for the trust reposed in them and assured the President of their collective determination to work diligently in their respective sectors. "I want to assure you that we will work in a way to make you the best president in the Fourth Republic of Ghana," he said, underscoring their dedication to supporting the president's vision for the nation.

The ceremony marked the official commencement of roles for six ministerial nominees, whose appointments were approved by Parliament on Tuesday, January 21, after thorough vetting by the Appointments Committee.
