The Majority Leader, Dr , has announced that the (NDC) parliamentary group will announce its new leadership in the House on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Forson made this known on the Floor of Parliament on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, clarifying that he remains the leader of the NDC Majority Caucus till he is sworn in as the Minister of Finance. "For the avoidance of doubt, I remain the leader of the NDC Majority Caucus until I am sworn in as finance minister.
However, I can confirm that the party will officially announce its new leadership in Parliament this Thursday," he noted.
