Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the acting Spokesperson for President John Mahama, has called for calm amid concerns about gender and regional imbalances in the President's recent ministerial appointments.

Critics, including the parliamentary minority, residents of certain constituencies, and gender advocates, have expressed dissatisfaction over what they perceive as a lack of representation in the President's nominations.

Addressing the concerns in an interview with Channel One News, Kwakye Ofosu emphasized that forming a government involves more than just ministerial appointments.

According to Kwakye Ofosu, President Mahama has followed critical parameters to achieve the right balance in the appointments and urged stakeholders to trust the President's broader vision for governance.
