A delegation from the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, along with the Nyankpen and Wengam families and the Cedar Mountain Chapel, paid a courtesy visit to President John Mahama in Accra.
The visit was to formally inform him of the passing of Madam Deborah Wengam, mother of the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev.
Stephen Wengam.
During the visit, the delegation invited the president to the funeral service scheduled for Saturday, 25th January 2025, at the Forecourt of the State House in Accra.
