President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Dr.
Randy Abbey as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Cocoa Board.
The appointment is subject to the Constitutionally mandated advice of the Ghana Cocoa Board, in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
