Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is a five-term Member of Parliament for the Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland, USA, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with a major in Law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, UK.
His expertise is in public administration, energy policy and project management.
