Leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Ayew Afriyie has hinted of the New Patriotic Party presenting Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for the 2028 election.
He argues that comparatively, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is the only candidate who has marketed himself very well.
To him, from data gathered after the 2024 election, it was clear that people didn't go out to vote because of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and not because they did not like Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
Therefore, the NPP does not have to change Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for the next election. "NPP is still going to present Dr Bawumia again.
