President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Edward Abambire Bawa as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
The appointment is in accordance with Article 195(1) of the 1992 constitution and section 10(2) of the GNPC Act, 1983(P.N.D.C.L.64).
Edward Bawa's appointment takes effect from January 17, 2025, this was contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the President, Dr.
Callistus Mahama.
