Sources have disclosed to Mynewsgh.com that the shooting incident involving Ghanaian radio presenter Kofi Adoma Nwanwani occurred on December 21, 2024.

The incident took place during the 25th-anniversary celebrations of Dormaahene Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu II.

According to the insider, the unfortunate event happened inside the Abranpredease, Dormaahene's palace, where customary rituals were being performed.

The carbide cannon in the form of bamboo that injured Kofi Adoma was placed on the shoulder of the person handling it, and what struck the presenter's face was a white substance locally known as "cannon." The palace authorities acted swiftly, ensuring Kofi was transported to Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital for immediate medical attention.
