Victoria Emeafa Hardcastle has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Commission by President John Dramani Mahama.
The announcement was made in a statement issued on January 17 by Dr.
Callistus Mahama, the Executive Secretary to the President.
The appointment, made under Article 195(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 11(1) of the Petroleum Commission Act 2011 (Act 821), is pending the constitutionally required advice from the Board of the Commission, in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
