Captain Smart has slammed the Ghana Police Service, particularly the Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare, for his failure to fight corruption during the previous NPP government.
Captain Smart said Dampare has woefully failed at his job and does not deserve accolades as some people think.
Smart pointed to Kennedy Agyapong, the former Member of Parliament for Assin Central and former NPP Presidential candidate revealing how the party attempted to bribe him to drop out of the race.
He said that a prominent politician such as Honorable Agyapong claimed the NPP attempted to bribe him with $800m and no one did anything.
