The High Court has scheduled Monday, February 17, 2025, to empanel a new jury for the trial of Fix The Country convenor, Oliver Barker Vormawor.
The activist faces charges of treason felony after allegedly threatening to stage a coup to overthrow the erstwhile Akufo-Addo administration via social media in February 2022.
Vormawor purportedly stated he would stage a coup if the E-Levy Bill was passed by Parliament.
During a court session on Wednesday, January 15, Vormawor's lawyers presented an excuse duty, indicating their client was unwell.
