Mahama stated in a public address. "There is no justification whatsoever for the unprovoked violence on civilians." The MP emphasized the importance of protecting civilian spaces from military interventions, stating that such action should only be taken when matters escalate beyond control.
The incident, which took place in Walewale, a town in the North East Region of Ghana, has left dozens of residents injured.
