Edward Bawa, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Energy Technical Team, has called on his colleagues in the party to embrace constructive criticism as a means of improving governance.

Speaking to Alfred Ocansey on TV3's the Keypoints on Saturday, January 11, on internal party dynamics, Bawa emphasized the importance of listening to feedback.

He noted, "As a party (NDC), we should be open to criticisms, particularly constructive criticisms, and where we think people make sense, let's take it on board and ensure we deliver on the mandate the people of Ghana have given to us." Bawa's statement highlights the need for introspection within the NDC as the party seeks to meet the expectations of Ghanaians.

His remarks serve as a reminder that good governance requires adaptability and a willingness to engage with diverse perspectives.
