Former General Manager of Nsoatreman FC, Eric Alagidede, has shed light on the circumstances that led to his fallout with his former employers.

Alagidede, who resigned in December 2024 after guiding the team through a successful Ghana FA Cup-winning season, revealed that the dispute was rooted in political tensions.

Before his resignation, Alagidede commented on a promise by then-NPP flagbearer Dr.

Mahamudu Bawumia to provide buses to Ghana Premier League clubs, a pledge outlined in the party's 2024 manifesto.
