The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has called on its members to actively contribute to Ghana's growth and development as the party prepares to assume office following its victory in the December elections.

The party emphasized that members should focus on implementing policies to improve the nation rather than exploiting their electoral success for personal gain.

Speaking at the 43rd-anniversary celebration of the 31st December Revolution at the Nungua Town Park in Accra, NDC General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey reminded members of their responsibility to prioritize the country's progress.

He cautioned against selfish pursuits, urging them to remain committed to the collective good and the party's developmental agenda. "Even in our quest for positions as we win, we must be conscious of the wellbeing of Ghana.
