A communication team member of the (NDC), Eric Sosu, has advised all civil society organisations (CSOs), religious leaders, the Pentecostal Council, and the National Peace Council to forever remain silent if President-elect John Dramani Mahama is sworn into office.

According to him, these individuals and bodies failed to criticise outgoing President Akufo-Addo even in the face of the economic hardship and incompetence he displayed as a leader.

To him, it would be hypocritical for any of these individuals to criticise President-elect John Dramani Mahama if he officially takes over as president.

In a statement, he said these individuals painted a negative picture of Mahama and peddled falsehoods about him just to tarnish his image in the past.
