The Member of Parliament-elect for Asante Akyem North Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Ohene Kwame Frimpong, has asserted that no parliamentary seat in Ghana is secure anymore, citing the 2024 election results as a testament to shifting voter behaviour. "Ghanaian voters are now enlightened and sophisticated.
Nobody can deceive any voter," Frimpong remarked.
Running as an independent candidate, Frimpong emphasized his commitment to serving the will of his constituents. "I will only accept a position from the incoming government if the people of Asante Akyem North approve it.
Every decision I make concerning the constituency will involve consultation with my people," he pledged.
