An interim injunction has been granted Labadi Beach Hotel by the Land Division of the High Court in Accra that restrains Spartan Ives Limited, operators of Polo Beach Club, from encroaching on its property.
The injunction issued on December 19, 2024, follows a legal action by the hotel to reclaim all its encroached lands.
The court has issued clear directives prohibiting Spartan Ives Limited and its associates from: Entering or making use of the 0.54-acre section of the hotel's property, including its use as a car park, pathway, or event venue.
Operating the Polo Beach Club or conducting any events on the hotel's grounds or adjoining restricted areas.
