Renowned broadcaster and former presidential spokesperson under the first Mahama regime, Ben Dotse Malor, has said that the incoming second Mahama administration is inheriting deep rot and damage from the outgoing Akufo-Addo administration.
To that end, he said there is bound to be disappointment because the expectations of Mahama are very high.
In a post on his Facebook page, he said "The rot is so deep, the damage so huge, and (yet) expectations so high, that there's bound to be some disappointment." President-elect, John Dramani Mahama earlier gave an indication of the challenge he is going to face.
He told the United Nations (UN) that his party, the National Democratic Congress which has given birth to the yet-to-be sworn-in administration made several promises during the campaign season.
