The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has called on the Electoral Commission (EC) to immediately resume the collation process for several disputed constituencies, asserting that its candidates won based on verifiable data.
The constituencies in question include Fanteakwa North, Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Techiman South, Ablekuma North, Okaikwei Central, Tema Central, Dome Kwabenya, Ahafo Ano North, Obuasi East, Ahafo Ano South West, Akwatia, and Suhum.
This call follows the EC's suspension of resolution processes for nine unresolved parliamentary disputes and its order for a re-collation of the results in these constituencies.
During the initial re-collation at the Tesano Police Training School, the EC declared the NPP victorious in the Suhum, Fanteakwa North, and Akwatia seats.
