The founder of Heaven's Gate Ministries, Prophet Nicholas Osei, widely known as Kumchacha, has revealed that he established his political party, the "Kum People's Party," with the goal of overthrowing the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In an interview with Fiifi Prat on Kingdom FM, Prophet Kumchacha explained that his decision to form the party was driven by the unbearable conditions imposed on Ghanaians by the current administration. "I formed my political party because of the NPP.
The way they were treating the people of Ghana was unacceptable, which led me to establish my party to challenge and overthrow them," Prophet Kumchacha stated.
He further criticized the leadership of the NPP, noting that under former President John Agyekum Kufuor, the party functioned effectively.
