The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has given the Ghana Education Service and Police Service three days to prosecute a student who has stabbed the left eye of a teacher in Offinso.
Speaking exclusively with 3news' Daniel Opoku, the General Secretary of GNAT, Thomas Musah Tanko said, teachers may not hesitate to withdraw their services from next week if duty bearers fail to act swiftly.
According to Mr Tanko, on November 8, he received a report from Asuoso Senior High School in Offinso.
In the said, report, a teacher had been stabbed in the left eye by a student after the teacher had asked the student who was loitering, to enter the classroom.
