The Vice Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Prof.
Johnson Nyarko Boampong, has outlined several initiatives by the College of Education Studies aimed at improving basic education within the Cape Coast Metropolis.
Prof.
Boampong highlighted the college's "Adopt a School Project," which was designed to enhance teaching and learning at selected low-performing basic schools in the region. "The project was initiated to improve the educational standards of these schools," he explained.
