As Ghana transitions to new leadership under President John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Asamoah Gyan has urged citizens to set aside differences and rally behind the incoming administration.

The football legend stressed the need for collective responsibility and attitudinal change to foster national progress. "Let's support the government.

Any government that comes to power, let's support them," Gyan stated in a heartfelt social media post.

He decried practices that contribute to economic hardship, such as extreme profiteering. "When you go and buy things at GHC 50 and you sell them at GHC 1000, the country will go through hardship," he said, calling for fairness in daily transactions as a step towards easing the country's challenges.
