The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to take immediate and decisive action to restore peace and stability following the recent post-election violence.
The call comes after the (NPP) accused supporters of the (NDC) of engaging in chaos, vandalism, and property destruction, which has led to loss of lives.
Speaking to journalists, Albert Kwabena Dwumfour, President of the GJA, urged President Akufo-Addo to act swiftly to safeguard national peace.
He emphasized the President's responsibility to maintain order and calm tensions in the country.
