Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang on her election as Ghana's first female Vice President.
The group said her historic achievement represents a monumental step forward for women in Ghana and it is a moment of immense pride and inspiration for all who believe in equality, justice, and the transformative power of inclusive leadership.
Although the Electoral Commission is yet to announce the office ila presidential results, the candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP0 Vice President Dr Mahamdu Bawumia has conceded defeat to the NDC's candidate John Dramani Mahama whose running mate is Prof Opoku-Agyemang.
