Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Adenta, remains confident that he will retain his seat in the 2024 general elections, despite the constituency's history of changing MPs every four years.

Adenta has long been known for its tendency to elect new MPs after each term, with the electorate often opting for fresh faces in search of better representation.

However, Mohammed Adamu Ramadan believes that his track record and ongoing work in the constituency will make him the exception to this trend.

In the 2020 elections, Ramadan won a commanding 63,436 votes (55.89%), a significant lead over his closest rival.
