Adwoa Safo, the Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya, today cast her vote at the Church of Christ Taifa polling station.
Voting at the station started promptly at 7:10 AM, with an estimated 698 voters expected to cast their ballots at polling station A and 704 at polling station B.
Safo , who has represented the Dome Kwabenya constituency since 2012, was seen at the polling station early in the morning, engaging with voters and ensuring that the election process ran smoothly.
She spoke briefly to the press, encouraging her constituents to turn out in large numbers and participate in the democratic process. "This election is an important opportunity for all of us to express our voices and contribute to the future of our country," Sarfo said. "I urge everyone to come out and vote, as it is our civic duty to shape the direction of our nation." The election process at the Church of Christ Taifa polling station has been largely peaceful, with no reports of disturbances or issues.
