Many Ghanaians had to cut short their sleeping hours to queue ahead to exercise their franchise in the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections slated for today, December 7, 2024.
GhanaWeb lenses have captured many people sitting at various polling stations, awaiting 7:00 am, the official time for the elections to begin.
In Ablekuma Central, a lot of people could be seen in a queue, patiently sitting in line, waiting for the big day.
The lenses also captured Ayawaso West Wuogon, where voting materials have already arrived, as many are also seen waiting to cast their vote.
