Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi has expressed dissatisfaction with Kurt Okraku's leadership, stating that the current administration has not performed well since Okraku took over.

Nyantakyi, who led the GFA for over a decade before stepping down amid corruption allegations and a subsequent FIFA ban, criticized the direction of Ghanaian football under Okraku's tenure.

Okraku, elected in 2019 and re-elected unopposed in 2023, has faced challenges, including poor performances from the national teams.

The Black Stars have endured back-to-back early exits from the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and recently failed to qualify for AFCON 2025.
