The Effutu Constituency has the highest number of persons taking part in the special voting exercise in the Central Region.
According to the Electoral Commission's provided data, the constituency has a total of 2,271 persons registered as special voters, followed by the Awutu Senya East which has a total of 1,298 special voters.
The Ekumfi Constituency has the least number of special voters with 118 security personnel.
While, this development is not leading to any serious concerns being raised, political enthusiasts are suggesting that it is an indication of a possible heavy security presence on mass voting day.
