Ghanaian rapper Edem has defended his reply to a young man who begged for GH¢2,000 to offset his rent fees during the artiste's live session on social media.
Few days ago, Edem was in the news for telling a Ghanaian young man to "go back to his hometown if he cannot afford rent in Accra".
This was after the man requested for money to pay for rent in the comment section during the rapper's live video session.
His statement has sparked backlash from some Ghanaians who are not enthused by Edem's response to the man.
