Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, on Thursday, urged voters in the Guan Constituency to punish the ruling party for denying them representation in the Eighth Parliament. Addressing voters in Likpe in the Guan Constituency to kick start her two-day campaign tour of the Oti Region, Prof.
Opoku-Agyemang said voters in the area have an opportunity to vote out the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for denying them the right of representation. She said the ruling NPP has caused so much pain and injustice to the people of Santrokofi, Akpafu, Likpe and Lolobi (SALL) traditional areas, adding the people must respond appropriately on December 7 when they go to the polls. Prof.
Opoku-Agyemang was surprised that the NPP could have the audacity to hoist its flags and put up its posters in the constituency after unjustifiably denying the people representation in the present parliament. "They turned their back against you and denied you representation for four years and all legal challenges the NDC mounted proved futile.
