Since he became president on January 7, 2017, President has initiated a number of projects in the healthcare sector.
Highlighting these projects via a post he made on his Facebook page, the Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, detailed the ones completed so far, as well as the others at various stages of completion.
Commending President for his remarkable contributions to Ghana's healthcare infrastructure Ofosu Nkansah stated that the president has constructed over 200 hospitals during his tenure, a feat he described as unprecedented in the country's history.
According to him, this record makes President Akufo-Addo the only Ghanaian leader to have built the most hospitals, underscoring his dedication to improving access to quality healthcare across the nation. "President Akufo-Addo has built over 200 Hospitals.
