Flagbearer of the NPP has commissioned a GHC50 million watermelon factory at Walewale in the North East Region.
The watermelon factory, according to Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will create 800 direct jobs and 8000 indirect jobs.
Commissioning the factory on November 22, Dr.
Mahamudu Bawumia said so far, over 150 factories have been built under the 'One district, One factory' initiative.
