A disability group, Rights of Youth and Disability (RYD) International, has condemned what they described as an 'insensitive' attack on former President John Agyekum Kufuor by a key member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Dela Edem.The NDC's communication team member did not miss words after attacking the former president's current state. In a viral video, Dela Edem claims Mr Kufuor 'is in a wheelchair due to his bad deeds'.His comment, according to the Rights of Youth and Disability, was unfortunate in a statement sighted by Peacefmonline.com.Attached is the statement  Your browser does not support iframes.
