Media personality Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah has launched a scathing critique against Reverend Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, popularly known as Opambour, accusing the clergyman of exploiting his followers and living off their naivety.
Speaking on Angel FM, Okatakyie did not hold back as he dissected what he described as fraudulent practices at the Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre. "Opambour is busy selling so-called Holy Water-'Abura Nsuo'-to people, claiming it brings miracles and wealth, yet his own father remains on the streets in Dwaso," Okatakyie said with indignation. "What kind of miraculous wealth is this Holy Water bringing, and why hasn't it helped his own family?" The media personality accused Opambour of amassing wealth and properties by deceiving his followers, who continue to buy into his claims.
Okatakyie alleged that the clergyman uses his congregation's funds to support a lavish lifestyle, leaving many of them in the same struggles they sought to escape through his ministry.
The feud between the two personalities escalated when Opambour reportedly threatened Okatakyie, claiming he would ensure his demise if he continued to speak against him.
